The Centre for Socio-Eco-Nomic Development (CSEND), the parent organisation of AdeQuaTE is conducting an Employee Turnover Survey on behalf of the Confederation of Indian Industry.

Prof. Lichia Saner-Yiu was invited as a Special Speaker at the 2006 Summit on Globalization on Human Resources. 22-23 September 2006, Taipei, Taiwan.

Central theme of the summit was “Human Capital Investment: Innovation, Leadership, and Globalization”. Prof. Saner-Yiu was invited to address the Summit on the new challenges faced in the recruitment and retention of talents and offers effective approaches to internal development and sustained value of existing human capital.
