Hosted by ICONTEC, the Colombian Standardization Body, CSEND introduces ISO 10015 Quality Standard. Two additional workshops were organised in Cali and Medellin following the regional seminar in Bogotá. Dr. Raymond Saner and Dr. Lichia Yiu conducted the three awareness-raising workshops.
